Download Magic remote app on iPhone/Android phone and fallow below steps.

Open Common settings in the StbEmu Pro

Find Remote control settings option

Set Name and Password

Save it

IPTV Freeze can be resolved by reboot of your Internet modem and Device once. If still an issue, go the device setting and manage application and click stb emulator app and click clear cache, once done re-start the device and open stb emulator app.

If you are seeing this error, please change the media player to LJK or AUTO or vice versa and re-load the movie.
